  : Excellent value for money. Amazing food. A great place to relax with the family.
  : Upon arrival, we received the wrong number that we ordered. We changed it several times. In the bars near the pools, something often does not work or drinks are missing. The area is very large, so you have to walk a lot.

  : The rooms were ok, kind of run down a little but not too bad. Swimming pools were ok and not too crowded. The territory of the resort itself is not bad and it is close to the town. 7/10 overall.
  : The food selection is good for 2-3 days not more. If you come for a week or so it gets insanely repetitive. The receptionists , the older ladies were extremelly rude, I was dumbfounded by this, every time you ask for something they look at you like you are insane. The resort is advertised like a family resort, yes you will see like 5 families in the resort but most of the guests are 75+ years of age so the resort at times feel like a retirement home (with all due respect). One funny aspect of this ALL inclusive resort I want to mention is beach towels. They are not free. 1 beach towel is 20 euros PER DAY. meaning if you are family of 4 you will be paying 80 euros per day for towels. So for a week the towels alone will cost you more than your whole stay :))) which I thought was pretty funny. Overall it is a very average resort.

  : The staff were extremely helpful. When we arrived at reception, they did not recognise our booking, so they sent us to have lunch while they sorted it out. We had booked a standard room, but we ended up with a self-catering apartment, which gave us morespace, and was very quiet. All the staff, waiters, cleaners, barstaff were very friendly and helpful all the time we were there. Plenty of food in restaurant, although of average quality.
  : When we were taken to our room, there was an outer door to the building which was locked, and no-one at the hotel had a key! The housekeeper had gone home with the only key, and reception said the door was always open - we only had a key to our own room. Another couple had been waiting an hour to get in. Two days later we went back to the room at 21.15, aand they were standing outside again; someone had locked the door while we were at dinner.More problens to find a key to let us in. Inconvenient - but the main point is that if ther had been a fire, or someone taken seriously ill in the building while this door was locked, no-one could have got out. I can't believe that an hotel doesn't have spare keys to all its buildings. This is a disaster waiting to happen.
