  : The owner is wonderful - friendly, reliable, and very responsive. The location is fantastic - right by the sea, very quiet, yet just a 5-min walk from the center of Sutivan, an incredibly charming and adorable little town. The bedroom window views of the sunsets over the sea are spectacular. The place is simple but very clean and comfortable (for 2 people). The kitchen has everything you might need, incl a full-size ceramic stovetop, fridge/freezer, microwave. The bathroom is comfortable and very clean. The water pressure in the shower is great.The villas pool is lovely. Paula has a welcoming attitude and is a wonderful hostess.
  : The balcony is better than nothing but its tiny - not possible to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the views and the sound of the sea. The LR sleeper sofa is very small and not very comfortable. Its probably ok for a child but it was definitely way too small for our 16-yr old son. The AC unit is in the LR/kitchen area only, so the bedroom gets very hot and stuffy. However, when we asked for a fan, the owner provided one the same day without any questions at all which made sleeping in the bedroom much more comfortable.
