  : The room is spacious and comfortable with two rooms, the room is very clean and remodeled. The bed was a little firm but comfortable. Carrying my bags and fishing gear up stairs was the only minor inconvenience. Great location and the restaurant was great.
  : The bathroom shower was dark without a light woul be my only minus.

  : Location was great for swan valley. Above a restaurant with general store and gas stations nearby. Easy access to the River for rafting/floating.
  : No staff around. Rooms were hot even with fan and windows open at night. For some reason the outside air/wind wouldnt flow into our room.

  : I liked the location.
  : The AC was very noisy. There was no local host to contact. We wanted a garbage bag and to find a place to order food. We arrived at 9:05pm and the restaurant closed at 9pm. It would be great to know ahead of time that there would be no food after 9pm. We could not contact anyone for an extra blanket. It just seemed expensive for what we got.

  : The location of the property was beautiful. Huge closet space compared to the complete lack of space everywhere else. The restaurant and its staff were the best part of this stay.
  : No AC, fans covered in gunk. Windows had no screen on 1 of the bedrooms. Very hot in the room. No space to move. Worlds smallest toilet and bathroom space. Shower wasnt draining at all and there were TONS of bugs everywhere. Beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I dont feel like it was worth more than about $80 per night, even with the two beds. If I could have gotten a FULL refund, or there was ANYWHERE ELSE available to stay, I would have. So disappointed.

  : Restaurant was closed when we were there. Nobody was around when we found our way to our room. There was a broken-off-the -wall towel rack on the back of the toilet. The very noisy fan in the bathroom came on automatically when the light was turned on. The beds made a lot of noise when getting into and out of them. We had to go get coffee as they did not provide enough for one morning let alone two, and no creamers or sugars were provided for the in-room coffee maker. The balcony area off the rooms had not been attended to. It was all jumbled up and not very clean. The only ice available was a miniature tray in the in-room fridge/freezer. And no ice or ice bucket was available. We are actually not that picky. We had a more satisfying experience at a Motel 6 where we spent the night en route to our fishing trip in Sean Valley. This place did not live up to the reviews in any way And I am very sorry to have to report this. I generally do not review at all if it is not positive. Thanks for asking.   : The rooms are tiny, barely able to accommodate one person, the bed takes up the entire room. The rooms and common area stinks of restaurant grease. We were given 2 towels for 3 people for a room advertised as 4 person occupancy. We left a day early because it was so bad.
