  : There are no numbers on parking bays. I have been allocated to bay 2 and I accidentally used parking space for the other building (I parked on space with number 2 on it).

  : It was at the top of town.
  : First of all I booked for Swan Place but was booked into Burkhardt Hall that wasn't child friendly. My partner had to sleep on a small sofa as there was no where for him to sleep as I was sharing a bed with our 7 year old, who kept falling out of bed. The bed myself, partner and our son was going to share was featured in Swan Place, where our son would be in the middle and we would he on the outside. We didn't get. So that was falsely advertised.The parking for our location for the week was a nightmare. Instead of parking directly outside Swan Place, like advertised, was not easily located. When you do finally get told of the location, you can't use the stairwell down to the apartment as the doors are locked due to drug use and thieves from shops using the stairwell. So you have to walk across the large car park, down past the shopping area, down the steps, around the building and into the apart that way. That walk is a minimum of 10 mins walk. If the stairwell to the apartment was unlocked, you would be in the apartment within 1 min. You can almost touch the building you are staying in. The appliances were more complicated than they had to be. Even reading the instructions for the oven made no difference. The oven still overheated and turned itself off. Apart from that. The apartment was nice. It is located at the top of town, so only a couple of minutes walk and you were in town. For the inconvenience regarding being placed in the wrong flat and a glitch in their system, we were given 50 cash back as compensation.

  : Simple and detailed explanation / instructions. Car parking is reasonable cost and next to the apartment.
  : Parking instructions were not clear . I had to call and speak with service. The call service was very clear and sort it out quickly .

  : Rubbish outside front entrance. Bollards for parking twisted and broken; unusable, so not great when you are asked to pay for parking and you are not guaranteed a parking place. Parking spaces being used by food delivery drivers who moved when asked to.
