  : bedroom was too small, no where to put your suitcase. Kitchen has very basic appliances, certainly inadequate to prepare a dish to take t9 Xmas lunch. You were definitely expected to eat out. Lack of knowledge about the unit by Booking.com or the Made comfy managers.The owner seemed to be unresponsive. They did not send us the key lock code, then they gave us the wrong one. We never received a password or wifi code that worked. They didn’t seem to know where the wifi was, were, the password was or the provider. Despite repeated messages explaining that it was not where it was supposed to be. It was the incorrect, provider, the modem was in the lounge room and not the bedroom.I don’t think anyone we were dealing with had ever been to the apartment and they were not properly reading the messages.

  : Not being able to have a shower. Not being able to open bedroom window. No air conditioning. Refund of $197 for not being able to shower for 5 nights inadequate. Paid nearly $230 a night for accommodation that was very hot in afternoon and couldn’t even have a decent shower.

  : Convoluted booking process. Wifi did not work. “Free parking” access & exit a challenge. Cost $112to exit council car park .Will not be in a hurry to repeat the experience

  : Excellent check in instructions. Place was clean. Kitchen worked and was well equipped.
  : The shower was tiny and the lifts were incredibly slow. Only 1 key. Carpet got dirty just by looking at it.Security depisit not advertised by booking.com so I cancelled my credit card when I saw the transaction.

  : location was great, apartment was nicely laid out with bedroom upstairs.
  : The double bed was very uncomfortable, especially for two people, so I slept on the sofa-bed, which was ok, but quite hard and there was no extra linen. It was a little confusing trying to find the keys for the apartment, especially when dragging luggage around.
