  : Staff friendly & chill, they even gave us free beers on our 1st day as a welcome. You get 10% off drinks and food in the attached restauarant. We liked that the staff were pretty chill and just let us do our thing. Bed were clean & comfortable. The bedrooms themselves were pretty well maintained & furnished, same as what you see in the pictures.The terrace and common area in the hall way were nice and quiet to sit at if not in the room.Location right next to the 120 bus stop that looped between City and Chatswood was very convenient.
  : Preface: We stayed on the 1st floor, between our party we took 3 rooms, 2 family rooms & 1 standard double room. We wanted a relatively cheap but clean place for a group of 10 to stay. We didn't expect anything too fancy & overall satisfied for what we paid - as long as all you need is a clean and comfortable bed, you should be OK.The building itself (e.g stairs and hallways) is a bit old, be careful if you tend to get dust allergies or don't like musty smells. Walls are quite thin so you can hear everything in adjoining rooms clearly.Please keep in mind its SHARED bathrooms, so there is about 2 bathrooms & 2 toilets to be shared by about 6 rooms on the same floor. Whilst bedrooms look nice and well maintained, bathrooms do not look as well maintained - not super gross but just very old looking. We only felt comfortable using the shared bathroom with slippers on. Shower itself was OK, reliable hot water & water pressure. There was a shared kitchenette area but looked kinda bare & a bit smelly, didn't use it much.They had very minimal amenities. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner & shower gel. They do not have hairdyers (they said they had ONE for the WHOLE building but we never saw it) no ironing facilities, no free toothpaste or toothbrush. In some rooms the placement of wall sockets made it hard to plug in appliances. I would recommend a powerboard if you have a lot of appliances.
