: The view was beautiful and you are only a few minutes walk from the beach and the local shops. Brunch was always a winner at The Pantry.

: We booked the apartment for 7 nights at the beginning of August. Its location is great, right in the heart of Manly, within a short walk of the ferry and connections into the CBD. The apartment itself was lovely and well presented with amazing views of Manly and its beach. For longer stays, storage is a little limited and there was a minimal amount of room for our belonging in the space provided.
: We arrived off a late flight, getting into Manly around 11.30pm. We had been issued with instructions to obtain the keys but after a lot of confusion with lock boxes and access codes, we had no other option than to call MadeComfy, the letting agent, for further clarification. Turns out they had given us the wrong apartment number. When I queried this with MadeComfy, after sending them an e-mail and two messages, I was told it didn’t matter as both apartments were the same! We were also not notified in advance about the renovation works going on in the building during our stay.

: The apartment was great and the same as the pictures shown. Great location and a nice view of the beach.
: Unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. I asked if we could park on the premises. They advised I could, however I need to wait for them to get in touch with building management to get approval. I was following up multiple times a day, only to be told they would let me know when they have heard back and that I have to pay for street parking until they hear back. I booked the place for 6 nights, and finally was told on the 5th night that I could've parked there the whole time. That definitely impacted the experience.
