: Loved the dining room aspect, the palm trees outside the window, the lovely view to the sea.The decor unique & lovely, the rooms spacious & comfortable.An easy walk to Double Bay for lovely restaurants, bars & the wharf for ferries to Circular Quay.Trains & buses all a short walk away, 10 minutes, as are the supermarket & other shops & eateries.
: The property itself had nothing for us to dislike.Personally I found the bond of $500 to be excessive and the fact that it will take 7 days to be returned is not good. I hadnt realised this would be held from my bank account & had to borrow spending money as the $500 was close on what I had for the 3 nights/days holiday.

: Beautiful property with lovely finishings and a great space, and fabulous view. The property is as described and was a lot more spacious than I thought. There's a loungeroom and a dining room that has a beautiful view with the water in the distance. Large main bedroom and second bedroom. Beautiful artwork and ornate mirror. Really cool. There is an easy 15-minute walk to the great cafes in Queen Street in Woolhara. Also a 15-minute walk to the train station. Great location for us. Would recommend for sure.
: The tea cups needed a good cleaning- they are brown from coffee and tea. A few more glasses to drink from would be great. Also, be prepared to pay a $500 bond which I didn't know until the check-in process beforehand. It is a beautiful property with lovely furnishings and I can understand the bond. EDIT: Just had my bond returned within a couple of days of checking out. Much appreciated.

: The house was clean and met the needs of the family.
: The parking at the property was street parking and always a gamble whether you got a space or not. On several occasions throughout the week we were unable to obtain a spot and had to get very wet and walk to the house a fair distance. The manner in the way the initial payments for the property were obtained. There were duplication of requests for payment event though payment had been made a further request was made to me. I had to chase up to establish payment had been made and to get access information for the property. It all seemed difficult and caused undue stress prior to using the property.

: I arrive with the property dirty,dirty towels on floor,messy bed and dirty kitchen .they offered me 50$ discount voucher but until now i have not receive any.
