  : Paid extra for a room with views of the Bridge and Opera House which didn't disappoint. Ordered room service 1st night which was very nicely served by attentive and friendly staff. Bathroom with bath was a bonus but quite small and very little space to store our toiletry bags. Peaceful location intially spoiled by noisy kids from room nextdoor running around in corridor outside for a while but thankfully had stopped by the time we turned in. Bed was comfy and we slept well.
  : The breakfast buffet was very extensive but very overpriced in our estimation, so decided not to partake after 1st morning. Hence the reason for a score of 8. Found plenty of other alternatives in the area more reasonably priced.

  : The location was very convenient and gave us an even better view than I expected!The highlight of our stay was definitely the wonderful staff and service. Mode Kitchen & Bar staff were especially amazing, and the food throughout our stay was always delicious.

  : Everything was lovely.
  : There just doesn't seem to be value for money in hotels like this. We spend a decent amount on a night out but there is nothing except a simple room. Perhaps inclusions of parking or breakfast ($60 per person is crazy) or a bottle of wine on arrival. Just something to add to the experience.

  : Doors banging throughout the night for the first night of two. Aircon needs a filter change or something, room very stuffy. Front desk offered room change at 7.30 the next night! A bit late and disappointing..

  : Location very convenient as it located just across Circle Quay and walking distance to the Sydney Opera. The Tram is just at the hotels doorstep so very easy to get around. Great Views of Sydney Opera from our room.
  : We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is very outdated compared to other Four Seasons hotel around the world. The Service is underwhelming and did not get any added value to our stay despite it being a high end brand. We have informed the hotel ahead of our stay that we are celebrating our 10th year Wedding anniversary and asked if they could do a romantic set up to the room. We received a list of services they could arrange but for an extra fee, which was so expensive. Other 5 star hotels we have stayed at offered this services as complimentary to add value to your stay.Upon check in though we where greeted by the receptionist and they where aware that we were celebrating our 1oth anniversary. We were disappointed however, that when we entered our room they did not even have any fruit basket , dessert tray or beverage that was complimentary aside from 2 bottles of mineral water. We were expecting that a hotel of this class would have at least something to offer, even a greeting card would have been a nice gesture . We waited till the end of our stay to see if they would make up for it or at least provide something but no avail did they offer anything to make our stay with them unforgettable. This branch in Sydney is giving a bad name to the four seasons brand. Very disappointing. Would not recommend.
