  : manager promised to investigate the issue but did nothing. such a liar. if problem happens, people can communicate to get things fixed, lying is no good in any circumstance. i dont like dishonest people.

  : I had some issues with one staff. The manager said that he would check the video camera and give me a feedback but I havent received any after 5 days.If you have checked the video camera, I have some questions:I had an orange juice bottle on the ground just to lift up the adapter (because the adapter is heavy and the socket is loose). Its so obvious that anyone would see there is a Macbooks big white adapter with cable linked to my laptop. However, she(the stuff) just took the bottle away, without asking, without noticing anything on it, having my adapter fell on the ground, not broken but got scratches and cracks on the surface.Question1:Is it the right way how people should work, mindlessly? Do you define this rude in your culture? (I dont think so, I just think its mindless)Question2:Can I ask for a compensation?She asked me to move to the nearby table because she wanted to clean this area. i asked can i sit here because the cable is vulnerable and we talked a few more sentences like i said is it an order or enquiry? if enquiry, i prefer not, i can clean this area for you, i dont want to disturb your work but the cable is vulnerable and etc.Question3:Is there a rule that guests should leave while cleaning? (if you have the rule, I apologize)Question4:Did I say any offensive bad word? If I didnt, why she said Im rude?Question5:Am i rude just by discussing with her if theres another way we can get things done instead of just silently following what she instructed me? (if in your culture to discuss or to argue about a thing is defined as rude, then I apologize)Question6:There are many ways to get the work done like I can lift my feet while she mop the place I sit and is it not acceptable in your opinion?I swept and mopped the floor myself and I really put efforts in it not just face job.Question7:Did I lie? If I didnt, why your stuff lied that that I disturb her job and left the place uncleaned?

  : Simply accusing the guest from not following what your stuff said without mentioning the communication during the case or admitting your stuff did lie to the manager is unfair and seems like a dictator. I had several questions in before comments but your reply tried to avoid most of them. Ive accepted your idea and your logic but so far i didnt get any apologies for being lied. Dishonest crew. Shame

No you dont. But you need to remove guest when you clean the dinning room? You know its funny but you dont want to admit so you find some theory that even you think its funny to support your mistake.>Sitting in the dinning room while cleaning is guilty to this hostel, even I cleaned the area myself which is not my job but its just i want to sit there to use my laptop is guilty to this hostel and the stuff lied to the manager about my behavior then I got accused from 2 stuffs and the manager. Thats cool.>You said you will check the video camera the next day after our talk and replied me but did you? Liar. You know I behaved myself properly so you tried to avoid talking more on this but still you dont want to admit your mistake. If you could post the episode of the video camera on youtube (i acknowledge you can use my image on this) to let everyone have a look? You dare?>Keep silent would be better for a liar after being exposed. If you choose to be a clown, Im good.>End of this annoying talk on my side, waste time.

  : i wrote a 10 points review last time. so basically i like most of the things
  : suggestions!>check out time is very early at 10am and means that the room cleaning starts at 10am and it is noisy. since your check in time is 2pm, please give some more quite time for the remaining guest to sleep.>you need to training the working-holiday staff a standard way to do the things before they start working, like every work there is a pre-training. lets just say making a bed. it should be an easy task but it just occurred to me that the staff removed the whole upper bed mattress off which is heavy and more difficult and put it back with big bang! sound and was shaking the bunk bed for a long time by making a simple task complicated and dust flying everywhere in the air, at 10:00 am. so please make a standard on every position instead of just train the reception person.

  : The staff is really friendly, helpful and welcoming. Hostel has good vibes in common areas and location is amazing! Only couple of minutes away to train station.
