  : Always comfortable room at Markets. Easy atmosphere for drink and meal, great cafe next door, Flemington Market a stones throw away (for when open to public). Homebush area 30-45 mins walk. Free car parking at hotel easy.
  : A bit of a walk to useful bus, or Flemington railway station, but that's not hotels fault. In 10-20 mins, walk, can get to useful public transport, or simply drive (parking free).

  : Staff are super helpful and friendly, relatively quiet given location above hotel and proximity to markets.
  : The parking is a little far from the stairs leading up to the room, all rooms upstairs and only accessible by stairs - these were a factor for us because we were travelling with my mum who had difficulty with uneven surfaces and stairs. Also, the bathroom basin is in the room itself rather than in the bathroom which feels a little odd.
