  : We were greeted personally by Sean who welcomed us in, took us to our room and explained where the various light switches were, how to work air con ect. very handy as sometimes these things can be a challenge. The hotel is an old building and has the quirks associated with a 19 century build converted - no lift and assorted room sizes. We had a lovely room with plenty of space, good facilities - which meant you could easily enjoy having a light meal/ snack in the room - the shower had excellent pressure and the water was nice and hot , something that is lacking in many places. Sean took time to make sure we could achieve all we wanted to do in the time we had in Sydney, with advice on walking routes, transport and options of places we hadn't thought of visiting. There are numerous coffee shops, breakfast cafes near by as well as a good selection of other eateries and supermarkets within short walking distance. We treated ourselves to the airport transfer and it may have been a little more than a standard transfer but the driver was brilliant and the luxury of having some one else handle your luggage and ensure you are at the right place for your check in was a nice end to our trip to Australia. Thank you Sean for looking after us so well.
