  : I advised that I would be checking in late, ie approx 2200. I was emailed details on how to acccess a locked key box and the code for the front door access, good so far. Got to the room and was 2 distinct mould areas on the ceiling and small bugs crawling around on the bathroom floor. Was too late to move to another hotel so accepted that that was how it was. Then recd email advising a late check in fee of $80 would apply "as per the terms and conditions" my error in not reading the fine print, this is the only hotel I have EVER stayed in that applied this fee, Overall a very ordinary place and the room was very disappointing especially the mouldy ceiling. Would NEVER recommend this hotel or EVER stay there again

  : Nothing went well. The room was disgusting, it was extremely dirty, we took a lot of photos for proof. The floor was so grotty. I couldn't let my children do anything or touch anything. We went to Sydney for a fun family weekend and we couldn't even relax in a motel room that we paid for. The walls were filthy, the bathroom was grotty and the room, the lobby and lift smelt like pee. So upsetting that we paid good hard earned money for nothing.
  : For starters, the room could have been cleaned. The walls were filthy, the floor was filthy, The table was filthy. The bathroom was filthy. And the chair in the room had big rips in it. There was a vape on the floor from a previous customer. The photos online DO NOT reflect the reality of this room.

  : Cockroachess and disturbing loud noises from floor above my at 5 am including dragging of furniture; Room number 307. The toilet space is too small and tight. For above reasons I will NOT be going back to Sydney Riseon hotel.
