  : At the end of a thirty hour journey from the UK we were an hour from landing at Sydney airport when we received a message from Kula Mascot stating that our two bedroom apartment that we booked about ten months previously was no longer available. They would either refund us or offer two x one bedroom apartments.. That late in the day we really had no choice but to accept two x one bedroom apartments. We arrived in Sydney at 7.30am and, as there was no reception, killed time and stored our luggage elsewhere until 2pm! Checking in time arrived but all we could finally get entry into was one apartment and that had no towels of any sort. We were given the run around for a further four hours during which time I went out and bought some towels for us and made numerous trips up and down in the lift to get a non existent key, from the appropriate locker, to the second apartment. After many phone calls to the local and head office we were eventually allocated a second apartment five floors away from each other, by which time we were EXHAUSTED But a big thank you to Matthew for stepping in and sorting this unholy mess out..The apartments themselves were OK but sparsely furnished and without a view. As this was the start of our holiday in Australia we were naturally very upset at the treatment received and couldnt possibly recommend Kula Mascot..
