A damage deposit of AUD 20 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests under the age of 16 can only check-in with a parent or official guardian over the age of 18. Children aged 17 will need a letter from a parent or official guardian to stay in the dormitory rooms.
