  : Reasonably priced, amazing location, apartment well equipped and comfortable.Relatively clean. Some of the seating furniture needs replacing.The contact staff very friendly, prompt and helpful.
  : The key collection! We were required to collect the key from a lock box. The information on where and how to do this was slow in coming. Parking was tricky in the area yet we had to park, walk down the street to find a lock box attached to a random stairwell. It was difficult to get into the lock box and we were getting concerned about entry into our accommodation!We were then messaged on the last day of our stay, an hour before departure, to leave the key back in the lock box, which meant trying to find more parking on the street to do so. We were then phoned while trying to drive out of Sydney to ask where the key was, as housekeeping could not locate it.It was enough to add undue stress to a reasonably priced, overall comfortable accommodation. A bit of a shame!

  : No air conditioner, no ceiling fans, not many channels on tv. Would not go through a private appartment again that goes through a company very poor system & inconvenience

  : This place is very spacious, two queen beds, two bathrooms, two balconies and has washing machine separate in laundry. The parking is exactly first space on the left on entry (there is absolutely no order to parking numbers), so it is easy to miss at first but convenient to the lift access. Great location and just about everything you need is inside the unit, so no need to venture far, but if you do, it’s an easy walk (cut across public car park) to Darling Harbour and Harbourside Shopping Centre. Easy access to Ultimo and Pyrmont. Ideal for short or extended stays.
  : There was construction (multiple units being renovated) at the time we were there and it was noisy at times (7am - 7pm). The laundry drainage is a bit on the nose. A bit of wear-and-tear evident, and missing items ( yes, as per earlier review from 2 years ago, it is still very much a “bring your own vacuum and dustpan” situation). My vacuum picked up more dust and hair in one run than what 3 months at home would collect, so not the cleanest, despite ‘professional’ cleaning fee and Coronavirus. Also, hot water is still supplied by a thermal power plant, so be careful not to scald yourself.

  : The was no air conditioning. 3 cheap and nasty fans were supplied. Having 2 balconies but no smoking.
