  : Was a very nice location, got there and was welcomed by the staff very well- even with them switching due to their shift patterns, each one felt like they were there for you first. All were extremely welcoming throughout the stay and kept a high standard of customer service. I added my Girlfriend on the day as I was going there to stay with her and there were no quarrels, simply signing a piece of paper extra with her name! No charges thanks to the room being able to house two already.We even had a jacuzzi in our room, which I forgot I'd booked! It was a nice little thing, fits two somewhat comfortably if you're both of around average height.The area it's in is great for wanting to check out Syracuse, being a 10 minute walk for the main 'highway' such area with all the food places, and even allows door dash directly to the room.
