  : Unfortunately the apartment was of poor standard I11 cracks in walls sink blockedPoor lighting hard to see the dirt and dust under the beds and furniture was shocking the floors never got washed in the 10 nights we spent very disappointed with this no air con but the room was set up for this but it wasn't working so had to spend 44 for 2 rental fansTV zero English channels besides sky news fridge was all broken inside, kettle wouldn't switch off my wife burnt her finger trying to stop it from boiling constantly no toaster available I never really give out but I need to be honest I wouldn't be returning so my apologies for being so honest I was even getting charged for drinks on my bill that was signed from some Spanish person crazy carry on

  : No air-con, unfortunately during a 45C week. Cleanliness or floors was not excellent. Pool a bit small for so many apartments and guests.

  : Reception staff were excellent, pool itself was nice but not the beds or umbrellas which were broken. We had a spacious apartment with two balconies, the beds were large and extremely comfortable. It was close to a beautiful beach, we had a lovely sea view from the apartment, and there were a small amount of restaurants nearby.
  : There was no oven - the description said a 'fully equipped kitchen' and there are photos of ovens yet when I asked they were 'old photos and no ovens are there now'. The fridge leaked and had a cracked divider from the cool tray that dripped water onto our food making it inedible.The door to the apartment was warped, making it hard to open and close, my child couldn't open it by herself for example as it was faulty.The clothes airer was broken, broken off spokes were lying on the balcony the whole duration of our stay. The housekeeping staff were bringing up dirty buckets of water to wash our apartment which had been used in other apartments.. we were on the second floor. I saw this happen on two separate days, and showed a photo of the bucket to reception. This means our apartment was not being cleaned and who knows what was being mopped across our floor from other people's apartments.The apartment was riddled with ants coming out of the walls. On our 2nd day, I stamped on about 20 ants in the living room, but this was never cleaned away when the cleaners mopped the floors. On the last day, I killed at least 60 ants in one go! The walls of the apartment had smashed insects on them when we arrived. These were never cleaned off during our stay either. The bathroom glasses were not washed or cleaned, the surfaces in the apartment were not cleaned. The beds were badly made. There is no cleaning service on Sun and Mon, so if you arrive Sat, no one is emptying your bins til Tues!It was such a shame the hygiene of the complex was so poor as it was a really convenient and nice place otherwise.The pool snack bar had some insane opening hours - only 11am-4pm Mon to Fri. There was no where else to eat in the property unless you went for the breakfast option.The sun loungers were in bad repair, many were broken and might have looked fine but were unusable due to loose ropes holding the canopy together.
