  : Room was spacious, good location less than 5 minute walk to the train station and there is a supermarket (COOP) next to it which is convenient

  : It was very noisy being right in front of a train and bus station, it started to be noisy around 4.00 am, there were no windows fans or A/C they gave me a thick winter comforter instead, Bathtub was an accident waiting to happened, its obsolete and unsafe nearly slipped twice, the clearance is very high to reach the floor as you are exiting the tub with wet feet and I am not sure by any means almost 6 foot tall.

  : The room was good and the view was nice. The breakfast was also good and diverse, there were options for vegans too with Oat milk as alternative, thought it lacked in protein.
  : The main receptionist that came to "greet" us was extremely rude. We had written an email asking if we can leave the car in their parking for 2 days while we hike. They said yes and we paid for that. But when we got to the hotel, the only place where we could have left the car (indicated as owned by the hotel) was the hotel's parking. So we went and parked there. The rude receptionist came to us and started scolding us that first we need to check in and only then park. However, there was nowhere else to park. The hotel was on a main road next to a roundabout so we could not leave the car on the street. There was a supermarket next to the hotel that had parking spaces available, however, we did not use the supermarket and so we did not consider parking there. There was no indication in the emails or on booking.com that we have to first check in and then park. Anyways, the man was very rude and so after we parked the car and went to reception he was EXTREMELY cold and rude, and simply did not care about us one bit. There were other people leaving the hotel there to whom he acted warmer and nicer but that was not to us. So on the next day we asked the other receptionist for his name - if I remember correctly it was Andreas. The new receptionist was his wife and she got very worried that we want to write a negative review and said that this was her husband. She also told us that they had upgraded our room so she asked us not to complain but if our room was upgraded, which we are not sure it was, we did not need the upgrade nor we knew about it. So I do not think it was an apology. If the receptionist had apologised for his behaviour and did not treat us like garbage that would have been much better. It did ruin our stay there.
