  : I was charged before we even got to the hotel. We called to ask why we were hung up on twice. Asked for a late check-in, and our room still didn't have towels. The refrigerator leaked, told the front desk, and was told well f it. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Had to pay a $50.00 insurance fee. In case we damaged the room, we still have not gotten that back.Asked for our military discount and was denied it by the manager. Worst hotel stay of my life. Then our charge on our card was more than the receipt we were given. After calling and talking to the manager again, Still no refund of that difference either.

  : Clean comfortable room! Although I did not use them, the pool and the workout room looked amazing.
  : The lip on the Roll in shower did not control the water, so I had to end up mopping up the entire bathroom floor.
