  : Refrigerator was not plugged in- not enough bedding- not enough soap/shampoo. Carpets- stained. Shower door doesn’t shut so water gets all over the floor. Nobody to call bc property doesn’t have a “manager”

  : NO key available upon check in. (waited 4 hours to get a key) Room had small pieces of glass on the bed (found 3), glad we checked before laying down. TV didn't work. Found 2 spiders (one on bed)

  : There was no breakfast. The location was great.
  : We only received one key and that was a problem. We contacted Vacasa and they said we could only have one key card. We were locked out one time, but fortunately, the window wasn't locked. We removed the screen and were able to open the door. Also, we had to light the burners on the stove with a match every time we wanted to use it. We also smelled the gas. Also, our plugs kept falling out of about half the outlets.

  : Location was fine. It was a the site I went through that added at least $100 to the overall stay. Next time I will call the hotel direct to get best rate. Site I went through was a total ripoff!
