  : The location is right in the hart of Tallinn. The Christmas market just in front of the apartment gave the perfect feeling.
  : We missed some basic food preparation staff - like oil for baking or salads.

  : Felt exclusive in such lux location. Big, great apartment. Comfy beds. Toiletries included. Very good communication with staff. Helped with every question.
  : A bit noisy as it is centre of old city. Shower was weird, curtain didnt help for splash and touched my butt and it wasnt plesant. Maybe a bit dated, it wasnt brand new.

  : Perfect for 1 night stay. Front gate access with key only (makes you feel safe). Clean appartement, good beds, nice toiletteries and sauna. Elevator + when heavy luggage. Nice view to old town and Raekoja Plats. Next to excellent restaurants, shops and other attractions.
  : Loud music coming from next door, luckily not during the night. "Thin" windows, not a very quiet place (then again its in the center of old town) so not the 1st choice if youd prefer peace and quiet (we found it OK for 1 night). But for example cleaning and snow tractors made a lot of noise during the night.

  : The propertys staff was easy to communicate with which made the scary parts bearable even though no sleep was gotten.The staff are friendly and sincere.The facilities themselves were very nice and exactly like the pictures as well as the location was lovely and much enjoyed.The bad part of this stay as Ive written here below was due to a seemingly unstable possibly mental tenant that lives next door which is something their landlord needs to attend to so that no one else is made to go through the terrors of the tenant next door.
  : Apparently the apartment is in a building with tenants who live in their apartments full time.This being the case the tenant that lived next door to this apartment was very menacing/ threatening he hung out downstairs staring and then proceeded later on to bang on the walls and doors very loudly that was really really scary! Then he would play his music loudly every night. I spoke with the staff about this but they werent able to handle this since it was an issue for the landlord to deal with. They did keep In touch with us and at this moment have offered to do a review and possibly compensate since there was no sleep gotten while there. The other minor thing was that there is a washing machine there but they do not provide the detergent for it even though detergent is offered for the dishwasher which was a bit strange. However once I raised this issue they did have the cleaning staff bring detergent for the wash but did say this is not something they usually/typically offer. They did offer to relocate but the accommodation did not have a washer inside the actual apartment that was necessary and was in a different building that was not as the booking had been booked.As a disabled person it also wouldve been too much. However Id like to make clear with all this that the apartment has let me know they are going to look into this and have the landlord investigate and will share my thoughts with them. I appreciate all the help they did give and do hope they are able to get this unruly seemingly dangerous tenant out since it was such a scary experience.

  : Amazing location in the heart of the Old Town. Incredible view. Little supermarket one minute away on foot. Perfect for a family of four.
  : No air-conditioning so we had the windows open at night. The noise from the square at night on the weekend was loud.

  : The location was excellent in the heart of old town and the staff was super friendly.
  : You could hear the noisy neighbour while she was listening to music loud. An old apartment and the walls were super thin. The pillows were uncomfortable. The sauna was ridiculous. Especially for old people it was impossible to get to the benches.
