  : We loved the Busch Gardens theme inside the hotel (especially my kids!). The room was spacious enough for us and the bed was very comfortable. There was also a nice breakfast selection.
  : There wasn't much to be displeased with, but one thing would be the bathroom is a tight squeeze, but such a small little thing in an otherwise comfortable stay.

  : The people that worked there were wonderful. They get a 10. They went out of their way to be kind and help us. They knew we were going to the cause Moffitt hospital. . They tried to find us a room with a firm bed. You didn’t have a room with a good bed just like the downtown property. The hotel, like the one downtown needs a total remodeling and super cleaning job new furniture and mattresses and we unfortunately saw roaches here also. You need to bomb all your hotels. You need a complete remodel and new mattresses. We were stuck or we would not have stayed at the property s and the property at Busch Gardens had a wonderful staff in the downtown Hyatt the staff was horrible even mean!
  : See above. We hated both property’s were stuck staying at the properties but stayed in great pains. Your staff at this property is wonderful. You need new mattresses at both properties and total remodel job and to bomb for roaches and vermin at both properties.

  : Breakfast was very good. Location is pretty solid, Bed was comfortable, Staff was kind.
  : Our particular room had an unfortunately bad sewer smell that never seemed to go away. We didn't complain because we were literally only there to sleep one night, but we were hoping it would've cleared out at some point. It never did. I'm not implying that other rooms were like this, but ours was.Parking was limited, they charge you for it, and they offer no protection at all. You should not be charged for something if the company charging you accepts no liability for your property.
