  : It is conveniently located. The room smelled clean and for the most part was clean. Cheap but you get what you pay for.
  : The pool was overran but people they I’m sure did not even stay at the hotel. 99% positive there is prostitution, drug sales and people living there. People all hours of the night in the hall ways, mold in our bathroom roof tile.

  : They allow pets, provide dedicated space for pets to go potty (not fenced, which is ok), and provide bags.
  : The doors to enter the hallway where the rooms are located were never locked, so anyone could come in. There were what appeared to be homeless people hanging out, using the electric to charge phones. Lots of people hanging out around the property. It appeared to be permanent housing for some. The first room I had was upstairs and both beds were ROCK HARD. I had to go buy a mattress topper to be able to be a little comfortable. I asked to be moved to a different room and I did after 3 nights. This room seemed to have some updates as the beds were decent and the sink worked properly, but the sliding glass door would not open. There was a STRONG solvent smell that was overwhelming. The smell was tough. After a day the solvent smell was much less and I was left with a strong cigarette odor. Ah....that explains the solvent smell. The floors were sticky so I kept my shoes on all the time.This place seems to always be active. The lobby is not open at night and it just felt kinda sèedy.

  : Staff was helpful and friendly at all times. The location was perfect near everything.
  : Too many people hanging out outside or around back smoking pot, looking homeless. I didn't even get to have my son in the pool one day because I didn't like the hang out
