  : Hotel is absolutely filthy. Room has termites and the smell of mold is horrible. Beds were so disgusting. Needless to say I got sick from the smell and couldn’t stay.

  : The bathroom, especially the sink was not clean…I could see pieces of leftover debris from whomever was there before me, and it was disgusting and disturbing…I ended up using a towel to scrub away the grit and grime!

  : Staff member upon checking in was wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating to my situation. When extending my stay the following morning, there was a different staff person and my experience was different. They made it as difficult as they possibly could for me and honestly made me want to go elsewhere.
  : Staff member attitude upon trying to extend stay, facility had a old musty smell. Well livable for a one-night stay, it's pictures throughout the internet are clearly doctored. Location excellent though

  : Breakfast was convenient. I was not aware of necessary $100 deposit until after I paid for the room as I did not see on booking . Com it was necessary or I wouldn’t have booked if I’m being honest.Praying I get my money back because the reason I don’t do these types of things, is because hotels seem to always find some reasoning to fight the deposit being returned (not saying you guys did or would) so I truly am praying I get my money back as no damages were done & all rules followed.The room was spacious which was very nice. The room was also right in front of the pool which we liked.
  : I walked in the room to trash not changed & 2 big cockroaches. One on the wall another in the bathroom. We live in Florida, I’m aware it happens but wasn’t convenient in the time being.Staff was rude , housekeeping specifically. You can always tell when somebody doesn’t enjoy their job. It seemed to be a problem to be anywhere in the hotel where he had to pass them. As if we were in their way & they had no issue showing it in their faces & eye rolls with a side of heavy sighing lol. I’m really trying to make light of it all , I promise.Food was alright , but I’m always grateful no matter what for food.

  : Our room was completely flooded on Friday morning during a storm. We had to switch rooms completely bc of the amount of rain in our room. The entire hotel smelled of mold and mildew and I am very allergic to it so had to get on allergy medicine immediately. I feel the hotel should comp us our stay. It was ridiculous!

  : The staff at the front desk was not friendly, upon arrival it seemed like she was in a bad mood and was upset that I was checking in.
  : The room was hot and had a weird smell, the carpet was also wet.

  : Very rude disrespectful staff at fron . Was there a little early was waiting for timing of check in was a problem with luggage and waiting in lobby. Room was dirty had a bad odor to it and dog poop was outside my door reported it and was road what did I want then to do.

  : The security guard AJ was the best part about your stay.
  : There was a HUGE issue with getting us in the right room. One of the females at the front t desk was extremely rude. Our room smelled like there has been a flood or something and smelled like a dirty wet sock. This place was definitely not worth the price paid.

  : One of my rooms sheets was dirty and room smelt awful and my other room the hot water didn’t get super hot. N the ice machine didn’t work had to go all the way to the 4th floor.
