  : Location. Range of gin. Wifi speed.
  : Carparking charge a rip off. Overflow pipe pouring out. Food poor quality for the price. Frozen veg, chips etc. Unsafe heating pipe. Some rooms very tired. Lift out of order. Corridors etc very tired looking. Receptionist very dour unwelcoming on arrival. Taps plumbed incorrectly.

  : We had travelled hundreds of miles and when we got there and checked in, the lift wasnt working, asked about booking for dinner only to be told there was none, noticedwouldhavebeen good. The room was very clean and tidy but the shower tray was falling to bits.We managed to get into rhe one local place that was open, otherwise we would of had to travel some distance for food.The bar staff were great but the reception staff need more work on customer service as when we asked for some more milk and tea bags we were bluntly told the was no milk. Then when we came back from dinner a lady had checked in but was standing at the bottom of the stairs with her large bag as the lift was broken. I then offered and carried her bag up the stairs while this whole time the member of staff was sitting doing nothing in the back of reception.I know times are hard but standards are standards and Im afraid with this direction of travel your hotel wont last long.

  : Shabby throughout. dirty carpets in the corridors and stairs. Dirty and crumbling paintwork.

  : Good location very near Loch Lomond. Friendly staff. It was very nice to go down to the lake beach for a swim.
  : Needs a big renovation, very tired, dull interior unfortunately. Will be really nice after an internal makeover. Rubbish lying on the roof, which you saw looking out from your room window.

  : The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location.
  : We couldn't turn off one of the radiators in the room so it was too warm.
