  : Great location right in the middle of Tarifa old town, everything is close by. Accommodated our request for a bit earlier check in which was much appreciated. Very friendly staff/owner/manager. Highly recommended!

  : The first time in 20yrs of travelling, and using Booking .Com we had a very upsetting situation with this Hotel nothing to do with Booking .com .We booked a double premier room for 4 nights in September 2023 .We were shown to room 5 ground floor . This room was nothing like the lovely pictures . It was obviously a SINGLE room with twin beds in, though we asked for a double. The problem was that it was also very worn. Broken bin /floor, creased curtains ,. Small room and wardrobe, I spoke to the gentleman on the front desk who said all rooms were the same . After some discussion, he offered us a room in the basement that wasn't made up and no windows . We declined the room after more discussion he showed a superior room but wanted ten or twenty extra euros per night . Which we didn't want to pay anymore money . One hour and 30 min in, we decided to leave the property and booked another hotel . As we were about to leave , we were shown room 6, a lovely modern twin spacious room like the photos. By this time we were very upset and had booked our new hotel . If we had been shown this room on arrival, we would of been delighted . We then asked for a refund, which was firmly declined. Long story short to date, the Hotel have firmly stated they will NOT refund our 345 . Booking .Com also tried their best to recup the money .We continue to pursue our refund
