  : The room was a good size with plenty of storage and the bed was comfy and the location was in the centre of the old town.
  : I tried on 4 occasions both in English and Spanish to contact the property with a question after full payment was made via the booking.com messaging service which has always worked perfectly however I did not receive a response .We then arrived to a locked hotel reception . We were unable to reach the hotel owner via the phone number on the door. After repeated attempts luckily the lady in the shop next door that was thankfully open saw we were having difficulties and offered to call him for us. When we returned later in the evening there were 2 more guests in the foyer having the same problem . Eventually the owner arrived and we received no apology only a gruff request for our passports. When I asked why he had not replied to my messages he just shrugged his shoulders and said he hadnt received him. Generally the room was clean however the toilet had not been cleaned properly. It also states in the description there was a lift however it ommited to mention that our room on the third floor had to be reached via a final staircase which would be a serious problem for anyone with mobility issues.

  : Location in the old town is exellent. The room was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable and wide. In our unit there was a nice private terrace. I also liked the decoration with moroccan style vibes.
  : A refrigerator would be a necessary addition.

  : Location in Old Town. Comfortable bed, very clean, quiet during the night.
  : No one at check-in to meet us. Noise of other guests reveberates throughout the building. Room is tiny but efficient.
