  : Very comfortable , very well designed, tasteful and very well equipped. the lack of a real outdoor space is the only things missing. the inner courtyard just isnt inviting nor functional.
  : The level of management service hired by the owner. The check in process was delayed by 30 mins waiting in the sun although a time had been arranged, and while they tried to be accommodating on earlier check in not by much , and once given the time no one was there to welcome us. We had an accident dealing with the coffee machine which resolved itself to be an added cost for us, unfortunately we tried to fix a situation that damaged more the machine. good intentions but bad result. The worst part was the management visiting for the coffee machine while we were away , and raising suspicion we had added guests due to additional bedding. One of our friends was recovering from a arm/should surgery and as such brought in her own bedding as an option , as sleeping in the sofa upright was more suitable. The tone was uncalled for so was the fact that even thought it was deemed out cost and responsibility for the coffee machine , nothin was replaced. so we had one day evening and morning without a substitute- that can be bought at any store or supermarket. to top it off again we had to wait for the return of keys at check out.
