  : I paid $104 for a room that we had an entire night without a single bit of air. The air unit was not working at all so they said that the next day that maintenance would be in and we would be moved to another room. That they would take care of that by letting us basically have a night to make up for that night. We were sadly surprised by the fact that we went out, had had to buy a fan for $40, because by how hot it was. We also bought $140 with a groceries which wound up all extremely melted and ruined . Because their freezer and fridge was not working so poorly to the point that there fridge was unable to keep food frozen I have photos and proof of everything. For a third account, it had had lots of cockroaches. Again I have a hell of a lot of photos. The door would not lock. The sink was falling in. But what bothered me the most was when the next day came to come down to the front desk the woman we were supposed to talk to who had been the manager was way entirely too rude, we were forced to sleep dripping sweat and hot and let all of our food be ruined at the same time we had to buy a fan and sleep by bugs with our door unlocked but we were told we would get our payment of 104$ back But ended up receiving $22 back after paying for a fan and losing $140 worth of groceries and spending the night in a hot room it is absolutely unforgivable! They didn't threaten to call the cops and threw me and the stuff that I had brought with me all outside to melt even further where we wound up unable to get our money back for the hotel so I ended up sleeping outdoors for the night horrible horrible stay please fix refund my money and make up for this cuz this is horrible and I will definitely have consequences made otherwise please help for their lack of professionalism.
