  : Everything was good. It was clean, the staff was nice, and everything in the room worked.
  : I saw a few roaches, the cable channels had more Spanish speaking channels than English and the Black shows had NO sound at all.

  : I booked the last room available, seemingly in all of Temple, bc I am traveling for work and had to finally stop and rest. The man at the front desk tried to charge me well OVER MY RATE that I booked the room for and then when I began to question why he all of the sudden shut the window and said he would not give me the room. And I am a working single mom, so I also had my child in the car with me! We had to go all the way to Killeen to get a room, bc we just kept driving down the highway and EVERY HOTEL WAS FULL. So I don't know why this man turned us away at 1:00am in the middle of the night, after one - I called to confirm the booking, and two - he had the nerve to try to charge me $135 for the room! When I booked a price specifically through your website. I was and am furious and baffled.

  : Roaches. Reeked of dead rat so badly that now all of my belongings are saturated with the smell. No trash can. Mold on ceilings. 2/5 lights didn't work (including the main light). No mattress cover for bed bugs. Worst of all though, the faulty microwave almost caught fire and the smoke detectors were UNPOWERED. This place is a major fire hazard! DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BURN ALIVE.

  : The smell of marajauna all throughout the hall and cigarettes. The bed was so broke down it was in the shape of a taco.
