  : The hot tub/spa in the room was great!
  : The shuttle does not pick up at Red River, must walk across street to nearby hotel. Also, the breakfast was very minimal, waffles, cereal, a few pastries. For the amount paid for a Saturday night stay, I expected a hot breakfast of at least scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon.

  : First the blow dryer did not work and when I tried to call the front desk the in room phone did not work at all. So I went down to the front desk and they just said ya we know. That’s it. No blow dryer to hand out nothing. So my wife had to go to the concert with wet hair. Not happy. Got back to the room and at 1:30am was awakened by the hotel fire alarm. When I got to the front desk it was off. I was then told it happens every night when the system resets. Are you kidding me. And no offer for a refund or a rate discount. Nope, nada!!! We will never be back.

  : The rooms were clean and that is the only thing likeable about this place!
  : The fire alarms went off both nights of our stay 2:00am and the front desk guy said "yeah, it does that some times"The rooms were never seen to, I'm not even sure if they have a cleaning staff. They wouldn't give us fresh towels until we brought them the ones we had back to them, like were gonna steal them. Shower had no curtain and water spewed everywhere in the bathroom. The absolute worst thing though was the toilet in our room backed up and when we asked the front desk guy, he handed me a toilet plunger and said that he couldn't find the maintenance guy. I asked if I was suppose to fix it myself and he said, "yep, if you want it fixed tonight"

  : Bugs in the bed. Base boarding falling off wall. Down hill since we stayed here last. Bed very hard and sheets not clean

  : "Breakfast" was more like take out on the road snacks. They were good but not a real breakfast.
