  : Comfortable location relative to the territory. I went to CERN for work, there was a direct bus 68, I got there in 40 minutes. There is a shopping mall within walking distance. Cleaning is daily, I'm not sure about changing the linen.
  : Not suitable for work, there is a table, but it is not big enough for this. Expensive breakfasts, but probably this does not apply to this particular hotel, namely to France as a whole.

  : Exceptional staff, very friendly. Comfortable room, good breakfast and private parking. Only 5min driving to CERN, close enough to Geneva lake.
  : Nothing major, maybe some small unclean corners.

  : Very disappointed with the stay and not an experience expected for such a simple stay for 2 nights.
  : On booking we were asked to email the hotel if we were to arrive later than 11pm. Which we duly had done as requested out of courtesy. As our flight was delayed by an hour, we arrived a little later then expected, around 1am, rather than past midnight, as we had indicated on our email. We arrived quite exhausted, and rang the bell as indicated on the door, and were let in by a young man, who then promptly began to lecture us for nearly 20 minutes, that we had woken him up, and that we were lucky to have been let in at all. This went on, until we asked him, to please just book us in, so we could go to sleep. When we asked him about breakfast also, that started another short lecture on the need to book in in advance, and that it was probably too late. So, not the welcome or simple respect that one would expect for paying guests. Rather we seemed an inconvenience to him. In the morning, my partner, who is diabetic, needed to eat, and in kindly asking to see if breakfast was possible, this again started another unwelcome lecture by the same young man, until I had to firmly ask him to stop and check as she is diabetic and time is of the essence for her blood sugar. And then the breakfast debacle...... as experienced by another mother and son who were in the dining hall also. The eggs on the buffet table are uncooked! Which was a shock when I went to crack them open and made a mess on the plate. We then found out that the egg boiler was broken, so that the only potential hot breakfast item to eat was unavailable. We decided to cook the eggs in a bowl in the microwave instead, and the mother and son decided to do the same also. However, two other staff came in and promptly took all the eggs away, leaving the mother to run after the staff and plea for them to leave some so they could also cook them in the microwave. Appalling service, remote location, not cheap or nor value for money. Staff seriously need training in customer service. Not recommended.

  : They are very strict with time, reception closes at 23.00 and if someone is travelling for work and arrives later, they could not wait for long.
