  : The staff is incredibly friendly and cordial. They did their best to attend our special diet requirements. Nice swimming pool area and freshly renovated rooms. Quite a walk to the beach and the town but thanks to this the hotel's atmosphere is very tranquil.
  : There are no cosmetics in the shower.

  : Very limited choice in the evening, 3/4 main dishes plus a few sides plus salad bar, the least choice of any hotel I've stayed in, bar prices extortionate twice the price then other hotel bars I frequented, location very poor to far away from main resort

  : The food is very good, and dinner included is definitely a plus. The staff is super friendly and beach is not too far from the hotel, approx. 15 min walking distance. You can rent scooter or bikes to move around the Island which is a great idea as the island is not big.
  : WIFI signal is not very good; soap and shampoo supply is limited and these are only refilled once a week.

  : Cleaners are absolutely great at their job and go the extra mile to make sure your experience is pleasant, pool area looks nice and relaxing, perfect for chilling. Area is quiet as it is located away from busy roads and crowded places. Toiletries are provided, hair dryer and a mini fridge.
  : First impression was below my expectations. The complex is quite small and offers no additional facilities besides the pool. We were informed of a complimentary upgrade upon check in, however the room we were escorted to seemed more like a downgrade. Staff was unnecessarily unpleasant on multiple occasions. I understand there are certain rules, such as not being allowed to bring your own food and drinks around the pool and dining area, however strict enforcement was completely uncalled for. My partner has to carry a small bottle of water everywhere with her due to her health condition, so she took it with her to the breakfast and was told off by one of the staff for not complying to the rules. Plain water was not included in the breakfast buffet. We also had ants in our room and there was no kettle. Overall, I had much higher expectations considering the price I paid for our stay at Golden Star Hotel and most likely won't be returning here ever again.

  : Food was excellent, the team were always on hand to help. There is really good atmosphere in the hotel during the day and in the evening. the rooms are decorated to a very high standard, the beds are comfortable and the entire team are kind and friendly.

  : Thomas and Harris were exceptional. Extremely professional and efficient also very friendly. The establishment would be lost without them
  : Cold food. extremely noisy owner talking in a very loud voice throughout the day and at night and exceptionally loud music during some evenings until the early hours.
