  : The staff were brilliant friendly and fun the communal areas were lovely and very regal which is what you would expect from a castle.
  : There was an unpleasant smell in certain areas an the room was very drab the bathroom was a joke i appreciate that it was to maximise space but come on it was a small caravan cubicle plonked in the corner even the tiolet encroached into the shower space and when the room upstairs room used the bathroom the drain pipes ran down the wall in our room and you could here every fush and tap waste.

  : The location is fantastic for views of Tintagel, and the sea and lovely walks around the hotel itself. Lots of places to eat and drink within a short walk. The hotel is currently under renovation, the social areas that have been renovated are exceptional. Service from staff is second to none. The art around the hotel, from the local artist was an added bonus. Would recommend.
  : The hotel is under renovation, we booked a standard room (we had a dog with us) which had a wonderful view, was very clean, however we realised it must be one of the rooms awaiting renovation as it was dated, bathroom was in the corner of the room and very small for the pricepoint. Recommend if booking to check if the room has been renovated. Otherwise cant fault anything else at all.

  : We was away on our 30th anniversay booked a sea view room but put in a dingy room where to be honest you could sit on the toilet and shower at the same time bloody awful

  : Limited Parking, lift only works if the previous person has closed the gate when they got out on whatever floor, no bath towels, basic room, no breakfast, for £250 a night you would expect luxury, there was none, we couldn't park both nights so had to park on town.. fir the £500 paid for the 2 nights you feel as though you've been robbed... shocking value for money!
