  : The location of the hotel is good: It's close to Skanderbeg Square and most of the landmarks of Tirana are within walking distance. There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel. The receptionists were friendly. I liked the overall architecture of the hotel, including the hallways. My room was big enough. My bed was comfortable. The air-conditioner in the room worked perfectly. The breakfast service was satisfactory except for coffee.
  : The housekeeper didn't make up my room. The minibar options in my room were a little bit poor, you could add more beverages and snacks in the minibar fridge. Actually, IIRC, not everything listed on the minibar content card was available in the minibar fridge. I received no signal on most of the channels on the television. IIRC I could watch only 2 Albanian channels. The wireless Internet connection of the hotel was somewhat weak and slow. The shower cabinet must have a door because only half of the shower is separated by a glass and it's not enough to prevent the bathroom from getting wet. Another point is during the checkout I asked the receptionist to order a taxi for me and she told the taxi driver on the phone in Albanian that I would go to the airport. In fact, I was going to go to the International Bus Terminal. Both the receptionist and the taxi driver focused on the airport too much and I could barely convince them that I'd like to go to the International Bus Terminal while they were trying to clarify it by the car.
