  : Good location: near to airport (very good solution on the way back/ to airport). Very nice swimming lot. Parking lot private. Quite enough even windows faced up to the street. Good wi-fi
  : No air conditioning in the bedroom, almost impossible to sleep. Half of our day there wasnt electricity; and no discount applied as compensation. From other reviews you can see that it is happening constantly time from time and host is not prepared for such contingencies/ no private electricity generation.

Disappointing

  : We were pleasantly upgraded to a room with a balcony offering a sea view. The apartment is equipped with a compact kitchen and a fridge. While there's parking available in front of the hotel, if it's full, the host kindly offers complimentary parking in a nearby secured lot. The drive to Tivat airport is a quick 10-15 minutes.
  : While the apartment is advertised as being in Tivat, it's actually a 25-30 minute drive away, often fraught with traffic jams. The building and its interiors are in dire need of renovation, with worn-out furniture and amenities evident throughout. Our bedroom lacked air conditioning, making sleeping unbearable in temperatures of +26C at night and approximately +34C during the day. Even with the window open (which had to be shut due to external noises like barking dogs and other guests), it was stifling. The living area had an aged, noisy air conditioner with a compressor that was disturbingly loud on the balcony. The pull-out sofa, intended for our fourth guest, nearly collapsed when used and was evidently broken. Although the receptionist attempted to help, we eventually received a separate cot. Slow and unreliable internet connection. Additionally, the towels provided were both holey and torn. Despite our requests for a fresh set, the reception staff ignored our plea and never provided replacements. While one might expect direct beach access, the reality is a detour through a coded gate. The beach itself is a concrete platform overrun with weeds and packed with sunbeds. On the positive side, a nearby building houses a restaurant/bar. Swimming does offer a saving grace: a picturesque view of the mountains. We were fortunate to stay just one night before our flight. Given our experience and the price paid, we've had far better accommodations elsewhere in Montenegro.
