: The location is great. Very friendly reception staff, always ready to help. Nice design of the hotel.
: I was surprised by the organization of breakfast. Firstly, the breakfast does not have much variety. During our three-day stay at the hotel were offered oatmeal, egg dishes and croissants. Very tasty fresh juices, the porridge is quite tasty, beautifully served, but in my opinion, this is not enough for a five star hotel. The most important thing that didnt suit me was the waiting time for the dish. We had to wait 20-25 minutes for omelette and porridge. For a tourist who has limited time and has excursions planned or needs to go to the airport, this is unacceptable. It would be nice to give the guest a choice: to take everything they need for a buffet breakfast or, if there is no hurry, to wait for their order a la carte.

: Everything is good except the long waiting at the breakfast due to understaffed restaurant.
: In the breakfast the restaurant is understaffed. You may have to wait for very long amounts of time because very few people are working. This is simply poor management. Waiters there are working so hard but they can only do so much by themselves.
