  : Rooms are clean and spacious, with a good size en suite bathroom. Well insulated for sound so we had no problem sleeping.Staff are very friendly and helpful, particularly Elena at reception. Continental breakfast is tasty and offers a good selection of sweet and savoury.Central location is great.
  : Lack of facilities: Only one power socket by the door, to charge our phones we had to unplug the bedside lamps. Only one small wardrobe for storage, no bedside drawers, desk is hardly usable as the TV sits on it and the fridge is located under it.There is a small gym and sauna on the top floor but most of the machines are not working and I didn't get the impression these facilities were maintained.There is a bar but no restaurant for either lunch or dinner.

  : Very large room, great Bathroom with very good shower.
  : Although the room was large, it was at the front of the Hotel and thus very noisy from the cobbled street. I also requested a parking space in the Car Park on site but because there was a Street Market on the next day and the main street was closed. Either we had to get up before 7.00 am to move our car or after 14.00 pm. This was most inconvienent and very frustrating that we were not informed about this in advance, having to take the luggage all the way from the Hotel to a nearby Car Park. Breakfast was also very lacking with very little choice and the Buffet was not replenished. Overall, what good have been a really good experience, ended up a nightmare. Staff was not very accomadating also.

  : Great location.Staff is very kind and have a great hospitality.Reception desk, girl at the bar and cleaning staff are very polite.Cleanless exeptional.
  : The owner ( boss) save ( energy or money) on guests. At February , he order to turn on heating in rooms only two hours daily.. We became ill all of us because of very cold rooms.Every day ( 6 days ) we must go to the reception desk and ask to turn on heating.I need to note that with us was 10 month old baby...Also, very poor breakfast ( same problem, save on guests) .For example , 5 very thin peaces of gouda cheese, salamas etc.
