  : Nicely located hotel overlooking Tonnerre. The old abbey just has five creatively designed rooms. Dinner can be taken in a wonderful park.

  : Ava was very hardworking, helpful and kind to us
  : We had the green room with large banana leaves on the wall. Room decor was good although the room did smell a bit musty and we had to complain about dead flies which had not been cleaned up on the floor, although on second day this was rectified. Not disabled friendly for people with walking difficulties. Even though the room had some facilities for disabled people, such as a walk in shower, getting to the room was a challenge to the extent that I was catapulted out of my wheelchair as the gravel slope was too steep but the only way to access the room during the day. This resulted in my wheelchair being broken. My wife had to phone for help as there is no 24 hour reception and a lot of the access doors were closed during the day. Our room was classified as a garden room but was full of weeds and a felled tree, there was nowhere to sit outside so we went to the bar to be abruptly told we are closed The main gardens down by the rooms could have been nice but had started to run into disrepair. The whole experience was underwhelming and not what we thought we were getting from looking at previous reviews. Breakfast was delivered in a hamper and left outside the room, yes we get the concept, but if there is nowhere to sit and enjoy it then it makes things problematic. A very disappointing stay and wouldnt go back !!

  : Restaurant closed. Bar closed.WiFi not really working. They should advertise this as a Bed & Breakfast. Then all would be fine. But they advertise themselves as a grandiose hotel yet restaurant and bar are closed.

  : We enjoyed our 3-day stay here. This place is just so cute and serene. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, working around the clock to make everyone comfortable. We also recommend reserving a table for dinner because the food and the cocktails are worth it.
  : It's not that we didn't like the pool, but the pool is very very small. It's more the size of a big jacuzzi than a pool.
