Apartamentos Torremar Centro

Good
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: Fantastic location, modern apartment, spacious rooms, near the beach and all amenities
: Shower leaks, the sofa was wet, so we had to dry the cushions. Rather noisy at night, due to being ground floor and in the centre

Wonderful
Traveller Type: Solo Traveler
: The property is very clean, modern and comfortable.
  : Nothing.

Very Poor
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: The location is amazing, stayed here many times and really is the only reason I stay again.
: For the first time, they started asking for a 300 euro holding deposit. I don't have an issue with this, but the apartment has many problems which have always been there. There were cockroaches, the shower leaks badly, sink is loosely fixed to the wall, bathroom extractor does not work, there is damp in the wall between bathroom and lounge because of the shower, this causes the sofa to be damp all the time. This was moved to a different wall this time, but then you cannot watch the tv from there. If they fixed the issues that I have brought to their attention many times, then asked for the holding deposit I wouldn't mind, but this seems to be a way to blame occupants for problems that already exist. I left a list of all the problems with reception, but very much doubt I will stay here again, which is sad as the location is amazing.
