  : Good location to the pool. Great view of the lake and pool. Plenty of spare blankets. Clean and tidy. Kitchen well equipped. If we hadn't had problems it would have been a lovely stay.
  : The kettle was broken. Emailed the owner and she said she would get another one to us but never came. No hot water the boiler had been turned to cold, had to figure it out ourselves. The air con/heater broke, spent half an hour emailing to and fro with the owner trying different things, told her not to worry we will put jumpers on for the week! The sofa is very uncomfortable. No English tv. The toilet cistern overfills continuously therefore have to turn the water off otherwise its really noisy and wasting water. The shutter for one of the patio doors in the bedroom is broken, so you can't pull it up but the other one works so was able to access the balcony. Informed the owner of this but not much response if I had got a response I would not be putting all of this in the review. We were also charged 60 euros for an entry and exit clean. I don't understand how we pay for an entry and exit, surely we should only be paying for one the next occupant pays for the other!The property is quite a long way from anywhere, luckily we had a car, would of been helpful if this had been mentioned in the write up.You also have to be quite strong to push the front door open due to it catching on the floor tiles.
