WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 5 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 3 years old to 11 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
All extra charges must be paid in advance.

The property manager will contact you with details after booking.

Please note that check-in takes place from 16:00 onwards.
Keys can be collected from the office from Monday to Friday, between 16:00 and 18:00. Outside these times or on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, keys can be collected from the security boxes outside the office.

Once a booking has been made, the property manager will contact the guest directly to provide the address and key collection details.

Please note that from 15 June to 30 September air conditioning carries a mandatory surcharge of EUR 10 per day.

Please note that from 15 October to 23 April heating carries a mandatory surcharge of EUR 10 per day.
