  : I was disappointed by the communication between the front desk and housekeeping. The hotel has "customized" room cleaning which needs to be requested by customer. fine with that. However, when I asked for my garbage to be removed and used towels and washcloths to be removed and replaced it never happened. I had to dump my own garbage and didn't have the washcloths I wanted. In the morning the Front desk wrote down the request confirming what I needed, but when I returned late in the evening nothing had been done. If going "custom" means no room cleaning then I would prefer they say that and they have a place we can pick up our own towels and get extra garbage bags.
