  : While its prime location provided easy access to local attractions, the overall experience was disappointing. The antique bed creaked loudly with every movement, making sleep difficult. Housekeeping was inconsistent, with some days seeing no room service at all. The lift broke down on the second day and remained out of order for the rest of my stay, which was particularly inconvenient given my room was on the second floor. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities like coffee maker or even courtesy water. The breakfast offered was basic, further detracting from the experience. Despite the great location, the lack of comfort and reliable services made my stay unsatisfactory.

  : The location is great, and it is a typical 3 star hotel. Basic and functional room; found an empty water bottle on the floor when we checked in, told front desk and he said sorry, but nothing else. The room was clean, but this did make me a bit nervous. The breakfast was very good, better than expected.
