  : The hotel is pretty old, but clean and fresh. Check in was simple, check out also, all people on check in and check out spoke on German, was a plus for us. Swimming pool was clean and there is a bubbling pool as well, you can switch it on with the buttons. The breakfast was ok, nothing special. The hotel is not so far away from the center of Maderno, beaches are like 10-15 minutes away.
  : First thing that we didn't like is the absence of the parking places. There are around 4 or 5 places just near the entrance, but taking into account, that the hotel is just near the main road, there places are pretty hard to use, and also they are always occupied. There is a big parking in like 200 meters away from the hotel, its public and costs 7.5eu per day, but when you have a lot of belongings like we are (a whole family) its pretty irritating to make the way to parking (10 minutes) then back (10 minutes). Repeat 5 times and you are wasted. Also, as I said the hotel is located near the road. So you need to cross the road all the time, and the flow of the cars and italians are not willing to let you go ,even with the fact that its a zebra for pedestrians! You need to go on your own risk on the zebra and look if the transport flow will let you go further. Second thing, and this was the worst - we were in family rooms. There are around 5 or 6 family rooms in the hotel and they are separated from the other rooms. They are located in one line, one after another. In the night something happened, and our neighbors started first to puke, then scream and then to fight with each other. We didn't sleep half of the night and next day were destroyed. But ok, happens. What was bad for me is the reaction of the people on reception. I asked at the check out, what happened there, why infant was crying the whole night, people was fighting and what in general was going on. And people on check out just smiled and said that two italian families started a conflict, one family was loud, another said them to shut up and etc. I didn't find it funny at all, I don't know why they even smiled - when this happens, hotel need to call a police or calm down them somehow, but not smile. Or at least say "we are very sorry for such an experience"
