  : The resort is very secluded in a beautiful location.
  : At check-in in we asked where to park and got access to a parking lot, no mention of any cost at check out we were billed 15 Euro per day for thus unnecessary parking (there is plenty of other free spaces around).Gym is full of broken equipment.Rooms are not cleaned during our 3 day stay, for a resort near a sandy beach that means sand everywhere.

  : Location is incredible, plus the beach they have for the resort. The room is very very nice. Very big, with a fully equipped kitchen which was very useful for us. The view was insane!
  : Very late check-in (5pm) and very early check-out (11am) which makes it very short time to enjoy fully what we paid for. They F&B outlets are good (we guess) but we couldn't enjoy them as we are celiac (we knew, that's why the handy kitchen:) ) but they are mostly closed when the buffet is open. Also, plastic glasses for the drinks and quite expensive.

  : Terrible experience. We booked a 3 bed cabin for our family as we have a 19 month old and wanted a separate room and cooking facilities. Instagram and the website leads you to believe that you can share facilities between camping and the resort. You cant. Everything was closed when we needed, for example, the restaurant opened at 7pm, which was too late to feed our toddler. The kids club and kids play park were also closed. I think the workers were also stopping in a cabin near us. Its currently 2am and they are shouting outside our room as I write this review. Management are no where to be found. I complained at one point, management did try phoning but at this point I feel there is little point speaking to them. We booked 8 nights at the camping site, and have ended up paying extra to book 3 nights at the resort. Ill also leave a similar review for the resort side. Management are non existent when you pass reception and get buzzed into the gates so if you have any issues you are on your own. Resort side, similar story, not much open, really difficult feeding a young family. Only option was the buffet in the evening which was inedible. Theres a nice restaurant on the beach which is open 1pm to 5pm. Similar story though, terrible staff, it feels like you are a burden to them. To say they are set up to be a family resort, when I asked if there was a kids menu they looked at me like I had 3 eyes. Please dont book here! Im Rooms are super clean though.

  : Big and nice rooms. Nice Railroad connecting pool and beach to rooms. Nice sports activities. Beautiful beach.
  : Each time at the buffet (breakfast and dinner) our tables were completely cleared, although we just quickly went to get some new food. Even my jacket was already removed from the table. Need to consider long walking distances from rooms to pool and other facilities, however the railroad is very nice. High prices at beach bar.

  : Overall we had a really good stay... the rooms are spacious and comfy (although quite steep path and lots of steps to get there). View was beautiful from the balcony and rooms were well equipped. Funicular to the pool/beach is really handy. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We went in October so it was fairly quiet and no queues at the bar. The al a carte restaurant was lovely and staff very friendly and helpful.
  : One evening, we sat outside with some wine... time passed quickly and soon enough the hotel had been locked up for the night. The doors were locked and our keys didnt let us in and no one at reception to help. Wish someone would have flagged this to us as they locked us out of the hotel.... we managed to befriend a wild boar though who was loitering in the seating area. The food at the buffet is awful, cold, tasteless etc. Tried to request an iron and it lead to a whole heap of issues with cash deposits etc after all the commotion there was no ironing board anyway.

  : My room was amazing - super comfy bed and a stunning newly renovated space. Everything was decorated nicely and it felt chic and fresh. The view overlooking the beach was breath taking! I also thought the gym was very well fitted out with plenty of equipment. The breakfast is delicious with heaps of options. The staff are very nice and helpful. Also theres Netflix in the room which was a win.
  : The private beach is gorgeous but you you have to pay to use the sun beds. This felt odd since the beach can only be accessed by hotel guests who are already paying to stay in the hotel. The beach bar is so overpriced and the food is average! You also have to pay to use the laundry service and bring your own soap. Make sure if you get a room with a kitchen, bring food from the supermarket in town. Theres only a small super market in the hotel which is good but doesnt have everything for a longer stay.
