  : Beautiful location and cottage with amazing local walks along the river and not that far from Dartmoor hiking . Lots of games and dvds and books too, a homey feel
  : The kitchen was very well equipped which was great, only thing missing was a can opener! When the heating was on there was a lot of water type noise which was a bit annoying. And the light from the bathroom was lighting up the bedroom too because of the glass bricks

  : Beautiful location and lovely place; had all the essentials and thoughtful extras.
  : Very minor thing but some carpet tacks on the stair carpet were sticking up and caught a few of our feet. Overall everything else was great!

  : Its in a quite location which is very peaceful. The property has large windows and is full of light.
  : It needs an update, the bathroom has a lot of mold and the sink has a hole in it which wasnt pleasant. While the property accepts dogs it isnt pet friendly, the garden isnt enclosed and being a terrace that means that your dogs may run into the neighbouring gardens.

  : very cosy and clean. The two Gardens were lovely to sit outside in, as the weather was fantastic. Beds very Comfortable. Had most things you would expect to fine. lovely Pub within Walking Distance.
  : Could have done with a proper Stair Rail going up the Stairs. Had a Rope one. Found that rather difficult to hold onto. Not to bad on the way up but very difficult coming down. Central Heating was difficult to put on. The first Night was chilly late Evening. Followed Instructions but still never came on. Did not realise it was a bit out of the way. But found a Taxi Firm which we used to to to Totnes and Back. Fare around 20.
