  : Comfortable, clean, quite apartment. Very good location - in walking distance to alsmost all attractions. Very comfortable bed.
  : Frying pan was not good (tefflon with scratches). To say the truth we didnt ask to replace it. So it might not be an issue. There is a sauna within the property, but the space outside the sauna is not heated (we stayed in December), so it becomes impossible to use it in two -three sessions or every time between the sessions your should run to your room (on another floor). The swimming pool is closed during winter time.

  : The large balcony, great location, very friendly and helpful hotel staff, comfortable rooms, and this is one of few aparthotels that offers housekeeping every day at no extra charge, which is very appreciated.
  : Except for the pleasant bathroom, the rooms (and kitchen area in particular, including kitchenware) are getting quite old (with items missing) and would benefit from a serious renovation. The wifi is good for emails but not fast enough for streaming (the speed varies through the day, can be quite slow at night). As many reviews point out, the lamps are dim - this does give the room a "cozy" feeling but to do anything productive past sunset it would be useful to have a couple floor lamps, and obviously a bright desk lamp. The self-laundry machines looked like they had not been cleaned for ages and the price posted in the rooms for laundry services had not been updated so that in the end of my stay the hotel ended up charging more than advertised. Overall my previous stay at Clement Ader was a fair bit better, probably because it was several years ago and the rooms felt much newer back then. This time I stayed in two aparthotels in Toulouse and I preferred the other one which was also cheaper. Clement Ader can be nice but I will wait for the next renovation to return.

  : Nice room, good size, bathroom very good. Very good location 10 minutes flat walk to the train station, and similar walk to the old town. Overall a nice hotel but with an unfriendly attitude from management, day to day staff were fine.
  : It was annoying to get an email from the property the day before detailing the extra charges for entry to the room prior to 3pm. As we were arriving in Toulouse by plane that morning from another country it made our entry to the hotel room more problematic. These were charges not known at the time of booking. Of course I dont expect entry to a room if its not ready but client friendly hotels generally give early entry if a room is ready, without extra charge. I thought this approach, and its timing, was not really client friendly. If I had known prior to the day before, when the free cancellation period had ended, I would have selected an alternative hotel when booking.

  : * Not much positive to write about, unfortunately. The common areas are the best thing about the hotel.
  : * While the common areas look good, our room was small, grim, and in a very poor state of maintainance. Dirty and worn out kitchen equipment. Kettle that should have been discared long ago. The dishwasher's capsule compartment was broken. The dishwasher failed mid-wash with and error code during the first use. Very low ceiling and near total absence of light. Generally no though or care put into the use of the (limited) space (e.g.they put a large freestanding OPEN bin in the middle of the kitchen). * The entrance to the garage is VERY narrow. Barely passed with a mid-size SUV, with mirrors folded. When we arrived, the garage door was broken and wide open, which did no inspire confidence considering the type of characters hanging around the area. * The staff wasd kind, but not particularly competent. Wasted a lot of time a check-in because the person couldn't operate the system to collect the city tax.
