  : Bed, noise in the bedroom from the extractor of the restaurant, the person who welcomed us, towels really old, not information when arrived,

  : Door closed at arriving. We had to wait for the owner outside the hotel 15 minutes to get the key.

  : Treguier is a very pretty town, the hotel is nicely located on the picturesque harbour.
  : Madame was very abrupt when we turned up, seemed rather put out. The hotel is old and dated, the room is a throwback to the 70s, and not in a good way. Duvets not used, instead sheets with blankets and a heavy valanced coverlet, both of which one knows will not be changed or laundered regularly. The bedroom is described as a 'garden room' , it was up 3 serious flights of stairs and overlooked the restaurant kitchen, no garden view at all. The smells from the kitchens were suffocating and unpleasant, it was a very hot day. The room was basic and unattractive, the bathroom very small and needed a total refurb, all sanitary ware very dated and basic. There was no shower attachment over the old bath, just a shower head dangling over the tap. The towels were thin and greying, no toiletries. Still, this did not prepare us for breakfast..which was croissants and french bread, no plates available, instead we were told to eat off the brown paper table mat, stale, lukewarm coffee from a jug .
